Because of this we are in a position to share our experiences of working with people, developers and local businesses in relation to maintaining/letting our own properties.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT STANDARD

Use propertymanagementcyprus.co.uk for your cleaning and linen requirements. All services can be booked and paid for on-line, cutting out the worry of telephone calls and verbal messges. On-line means everything is logged and confirmed within minutes, giving you a copy to keep for your records.

Services provided:

On-line Services Management

The on-line Services Management System is provided as part of the property management standard service and allows you to book, pay and view your bookings all from the comfort of your own home.

  • All our services can be booked on-line.
  • Automatic confirmation by emails on all services booked.
  • Follow up manual email to reconfirm booking
  • No additional telephone charges required.
  • Contactable via MSN and Skype as well as email.
  • 24/7 telephone contact for emergencies or to discuss bookings or requirements.

Freshen - A 'Freshen' maybe required if the apartment/villa has been empty for a week or more.

  • Air property.
  • Beds made.
  • General tidy and dust.
  • Freshen toilets, sinks, showers and baths.
  • Layout fresh towels.

All these services are provided as part of the main clean when there is a quick change of occupancy, so this will not need to be done in addition to the main clean.


Thoroughbred - Main clean on occupants leaving the property.

Your property will be thoroughly cleaned ready for your next guests. All cleaning will be done to the highest standard so that you will feel confident that your guests will arrive to a fresh and clean property.

All rooms will be cleaned, dusted and hoovered as required. Floors, balconies and patios brushed and washed. Internal windows cleaned and external windows to balconies and patios cleaned as required.

The price does not include other external windows which are an additional service.

All laundry charges are additional charges and will depend on the length of stay and occupancy levels. The laundry charges will be added to your service bookings on propertymanagementcyprus.co.uk and paid for on-line in the normal way.

Approximate charges for laundry are £5.00 gbp's per person - the laundry price charged will be the actual price of the laundry (receipts provided). We will take no additional charge - our cost for providing the service is already included in our Property Management Standard charge.

Secure key holding - This service is provided as part of the Property Management Standard.

We will need a copy of any neccessary keys to gain access to your property. This key will be held in a locked environment on our own premises.


FREE advertising of property on propertymanagementcyprus.co.uk

As part of our property management services we are offering FREE advertising of your property on our own website. Enquiries will be automatically forwarded to you by our Letting Management System.

  • You will have a free link to your own website.
  • Enquiries are automatically sent to you via email - you keep control.
  • We will actively promote your property through our own web marketing activities.

Therefore all your property management requirements can be handled by propertymanagementcyprus.co.uk and you can rest assured that we will look after your property with both care and attention, as if it was our own.


Your property will be managed on an on-going basis with contracts taken out quarterly, 6 monthly or annually.

The Property Management Gold rates are in addition to the Property Management Standard rates. We have tried to give a fair rate for this service knowing some aspects will be called into play when there are visitors staying in your property and some aspects when the property is empty.

All in all, though, you will receive a continued professional service throughout the contract and you will be able to relax knowing your visitors and property are well cared for.

PROPERTY MONITOR

Property Monitor is a great service which really will give you peace of mind. Your property will be checked weekly for security and service checks as listed below performed as required:

  • Security checks on Doors, Windows and Shutters.
  • Electricals checked and switched off if property is going to be vacant for a period.
  • Freezer unit defrosted (when required).
  • Kettle de-scaled (when required).
  • Air-conditioning filters cleaned (when required) .
  • Electric and water meters read.
  • External fixtures and fittings intact.
  • Outside furniture put away as required.
  • Check your post .
  • 24/7 Call out for problems.

All activities will be logged on-line so you can just log on and see the current report. All additional costs are extra eg Postage to Uk, cost of repairs.

Water and electric meters read regularly for indication of abnormal usage.

As you can see from the above list you will be able to relax knowing your property and guests will be looked after in a professional and caring manner.

Therefore, we will be on hand for any problems when your property is occupied and also when your property is empty.

FULL INVENTORY CHECK

We can not under estimate the importance of an inventory when letting your property.

Our inventory check is set up by yourselves on the internet. Once your property has been vacated we will perform a full inventory according to your list. The results will be posted on-line so you are aware of any damages or problems before your guests have even arrived home.


MEET & GREET

This service is different depending on whether we are key holders to meet your guests on arrival or to meet your guests the day or day after their arrival.

If you would like this service and have asked us to meet your guests as part of the property management gold service and we are key holders (non key holders mean you are supplying your visitors with a key) we will meet your guests at the property, show them into the property and hand over the key. We will also spend a short time explaining the area, restaurants, bars, clubs, safaris, taxis, car hire, buses etc.

If you would like this service and we are not key holders or you do not have a Property Management Gold contract then we will visit your guests the day or day after their arrival and explain the area, places to visit, restaurants, bars, clubs, safaris, taxis, car hire, buses etc.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Taxi service from paphos aiport to your property in Paphos, Coral Bay, Kamares Village or Pegeia can be provided for 2 people with standard flight luggage and hand luggage.

GARDENING

Our gardening maintenance service covers the general care of your garden from weeding to watering and making sure your garden looks healthy for the arrival of your guests.

POOL

Private pool service is arranged and monitored by us but carried out by experts in pool maintenance where your filters and chemical balances are checked and any dirt or rubbish removed from the water. Any problems which may need specialist parts or additional costs for repair will be reported to you immediately.

We will quote on an individual basis depending on the size of the pool and the number of visits required per week.

TOUR

If you are thinking of buying property in the Paphos, Coral Bay or Kamares Village areas, or would just like a personal tour, we will give you a tour through the surrounding areas pointing out the places of interest, take you to specific areas you may like to visit, a winery and also stop for lunch in a cypriot village.

DEVELOPMENT WATCH

You may have a property being developed in Cyprus which is reaching a critical stage in development or deadlines need to be maintained but you are at home and you can't just drop everything to take a trip to Cyprus.

You may require an update on the development, photos of the finished lounge, kitchen, bathrooms - what does it look like - have the correct tiles and finishings been used?

You may just be excited about the stage of development.

For whatever reason we will make an appointment to see your developer, chat with him about your concerns or questions. We will even take photos and email them to you.

This will allow you to keep a much more regular eye on the development of your property.
