Furnished in contemporary style, the villa sleeps 6 with sleeping accommodation consisting of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower,and 2 twin rooms sharing a family bathroom with bath and shower. The double and larger twin rooms open onto a large balcony overlooking the pool with sea and sunset views. The spacious light and airy open plan living and dining area opens onto a large sun terrace with loungers ,parasol and facilities for al fresco dining by the 8mx4m pool. A television, DVD player & DVD's, CD player and a selection of novels and local guidebooks are available for your enjoyment. An information file in the villa includes maps and assorted tourist information leaflets. The lounge /dining area and all bedrooms have air conditioning units. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including large fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and washing machine and opens onto a morning sun breakfasting terrace. Within a short drive are the traditional hillside village of Peyia with a selection of excellent tavernas, the popular sandy beach and resort of Coral Bay,the unspoilt beauty of the Akamas Peninsula and the tourist area of Kato Paphos with its pretty harbour and areas of historical interest. A welcome pack is provided on arrival, consisting of essential groceries and a bottle of sparkling wine to help you enjoy your first Peyia sunset! Luxury packs are available on request, which can cater for any special dietery requests, and can include Spa Treatments at a local 5* Spa or a visit to the villa by a qualified therapist. All bed linen and towels including beach/pool towels are provided. The villa will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and guests on a 14 day stay will have a mid stay change of linen and towels. Upon request we can arrange transfers to and from Paphos airport which is a 35 minute drive away. |
